Vulnerable and Intiminated Witnesses

If you are under 16 years of age and/or feeling frightened about coming to give evidence because of the nature of the case e.g. sexual, extreme violence, fear of intimidation or harassment, there are special measures that may be put in place to help you.

This would be organised by the Crown Prosecution Service before the trial.

You could contact the police officer in charge of your case or phone the witness service directly for more information - 020 8686 0409
