Parents and Carers

If your child has to attend court, you may be worried or fearful on their behalf

All young witnesses under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent, an adult close relative or carer.

Parents and carers can accompany the young witness into the court room.

Parents and carers cannot accompany the young witness into the video-link room but would sit in the main court room
