Complaints about our service

If you wish to complain about our service, we have a complaints procedure

To complain about the service itself or a volunteer, please speak in confidence to the Witness Service Co-ordinator, or put your complaint in writing.

If you wish to complain about a member of staff, please send your complaint in writing to:
