Croydon has many good organisations, offering help and support to young people. R U OK? works alongside some of these organisations and would be able to put you in touch – if that is what you would like. See below for their contact details.
The Internet also offers a wealth of good information regarding issues about crime and can be a good way of talking to others who may have had similar experiences to you.
You can approach your school for help as many schools have nurses or counsellors or a teacher in charge of PHSE
You can also go to see your GP for help or information
You can talk to an adult you trust – for example an aunt/uncle or a Youth Group leader
You can talk to friends and family or the Police and us here at R U OK?
